This policy explains what information this portfolio processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to septianpadli.my.id and its private administration workspace. The public site is a professional portfolio and engineering journal operated by Septian Padli.
2. Information processed
Contact information. If you email, call, or contact Septian through a linked service, the information you choose to send may include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and message content.
Private-dashboard account information. The dashboard is restricted to authorised administrators who sign in with Google. Authentication records may include an administrator's name, verified email address, profile image, account identifier, session details, and the credential data required to maintain an authorised sign-in.
Content uploaded by administrators. Images and their metadata uploaded to the private dashboard are stored to operate the portfolio and may be published on the public site.
Technical and usage information. Hosting providers necessarily process technical request information to deliver the site. The portfolio also uses the analytics and performance tools described below.
3. How information is used
- Reply to enquiries and discuss professional opportunities or collaborations.
- Protect and operate the private administration workspace.
- Publish and maintain portfolio, project, and journal content.
- Understand aggregate site use and improve performance and reliability.
- Meet legal obligations and protect the site from misuse.
4. Analytics and performance
Google Analytics 4 is used to understand aggregate page views and bounded interaction events, such as a selected project or contact method. This implementation does not intentionally send message content, email addresses, telephone numbers, or other direct contact details to Google Analytics.
Google Consent Mode is set to granted by default. A one-time information notice explains that Google Analytics 4 is active. You can turn the Google Analytics 4 switch off from the notice or the Analytics Settings control. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and applies to future measurement. Turning it off does not withdraw data already sent before the change.
Vercel Web Analytics is enabled for anonymised page-use reporting and does not use cookies. Vercel Speed Insights records anonymised web performance measurements, such as Core Web Vitals, route, device, browser, network category, and country-level information. These tools help identify reliability and performance issues without attempting to identify an individual visitor.
5. Service providers and sharing
Information is shared only as needed to operate the site: Vercel hosts the application and provides analytics and performance reporting, Google provides administrator sign-in and Google Analytics, Neon hosts the PostgreSQL database, and Cloudflare R2 stores media files. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their respective privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the site, its operator, or others.
6. Retention and security
Contact information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond or maintain the relevant professional relationship. Administrator and content records are retained while access or the published content is needed. Analytics and performance data follow the retention settings of the relevant provider. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information. You may opt out of future Google Analytics 4 measurement at any time through Analytics Settings. To make a privacy request or ask a question, use the contact page.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the site or its data practices change. The Last updated date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently revised.
